Onsite ePRO Administration Portal

Instructions for site:

  • Participant Check-In: When the Participant arrives at site enter the Participant ID and select the Visit from the dropdown.
  • Launch ePRO Form: If the participant was entered correctly, you will be redirected to the ePRO form.
  • Participant Input: Hand the iPad/tablet to the Participant for them to independently complete the ePRO form.
  • Submission: Ensure the participant has clicked “Finish” to submit the form.
  • Completion: Once complete, you will be redirected back to this page.
